How can I generate an order in the CRM system?
You can generate an order based on products or services that you add to your Internal Store. You can generate an order directly from the cart or by converting an offer accepted by the customer.
How can a customer pay for an order?
When creating an order, you specify the payment method – cash, transfer, online payment, installments. You will also specify whether you want to collect an advance payment for the order. In payments, you can also indicate the payment deadline. Thanks to this data, you can later control payment delays.
Can I change order statuses?
Yes, orders in SalesWizard have received standard statuses – New, In progress, Completed and Canceled.
How can I determine the amount of sales commission from completed orders?
To award commissions for sales, you must run the Marketing Plans module. This is where you will determine what sales commission your salespeople will receive.
