Hydropure Poland sp. z o.o. Offers osmotic filters for drinking water. Sales are conducted through a sales network working in the field. The company had a different solution before implementing the CRM system, which could not be further developed and automated. Many activities were done by hand. The system was not flexible. The challenge for the client was to choose a manufacturer of the new software and implement it in the company while maintaining the pre-existing billing and commission accrual mechanisms

Order processing in CRM

Orders obtained by the sales network are entered into the CRM to settle customer receivables and sales network commissions.

Our previous commission billing system was outdated and impossible to develop further. We decided to implement SalesWizard CRM with a dedicated modification, which provided us with a new algorithm for converting and redistributing commissions to the sales network. 4B Systems implemented the system in our company, trained the team and has a very active helpdesk in implementing employees in the current processes implemented in the software. The new functions for calculating and redistributing commissions have met our client’s goals – the system calculates commissions for completed sales, distributes loyalty points, allows purchases of company products for collected points, and creates sales rankings.
