The main objective of implementing the system for the beauty salon was to create a central database of clientele, where information about treatments, services, products will be stored in one place.

The goal was also to avoid using multiple tools, such as email, google sheets, google docs, and booking systems, for example.

Categorization of clients by treatment

We accurately tagged and categorized customers, according to the guidelines sent. This allowed us to create groups of female clients, to whom we then sent a personalized sms and email campaign, encouraging them to visit the salon and make an appointment for a specific treatment.

Automations to increase conversion rates

We set up automations that create a potential customer, assign it to a specific status in the sales funnel, and then send a text message and email to the customer with the initial information (according to a previously created and selected template for such a message).

By implementing SalesWizard CRM, I have significantly reduced the time it takes to process requests, document the specifics of the treatments performed, and build a database of surveys. In addition to the time saved I generated an additional 19% profit from the sale of services complementary to the current treatments. This was accomplished by carefully categorizing and grouping the female customer base, and then creating a dedicated sms and email campaign to the selected group of people.

How did we help AR Beauty implement the change?

After implementing SalesWizard CRM, we did additional work. We integrated all inquiry acquisition channels, such as the website (contact form) and Facebook Ads, WhatsApp and mailbox campaigns .
