What data will be collected and for what purpose

These will be your personal data, in particular data you provide in the submitted form or via e-mail: first name, last name, IP address, email address, phone number, and cookies necessary for proper use of the website, services, and other functionalities of the Service, and for purposes necessary for proper service delivery, correct contract performance, or actions related to your data prior to contract conclusion, such as contacting you. It also includes fulfilling the legal obligations of the controller.

To which entities we may transfer your personal data

In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer personal data to entities processing data on our behalf, such as related companies (personally or by capital), subcontractors of our services, as well as entities authorized to receive personal data under applicable law, if such authorized entities request it with a legal basis, e.g., courts or prosecution authorities.

PRIVACY POLICY

Processing of Google user data in connection with integration with Google Ads

As part of the services provided, our application may access Google user data associated with their Google Ads accounts, including:

– Data about ad groups, ads, and keywords.
– Analytical data on campaign results.

  1. Purpose of processing Google Ads data

The data obtained from Google Ads will be processed solely for the purpose of:

– Displaying such data to users in our CRM system within their account.
– Enabling campaign management directly from our CRM system.
– Generating reports and analytics on campaign performance for users.
– Technical support and monitoring proper integration functioning.

  1. Storage of Google Ads data

Data retrieved from Google Ads will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in accordance with the user agreement. Users can request deletion of their data or disconnection of their Google Ads account at any time.

  1. Sharing of Google data

– Data obtained from Google Ads will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or the user gives explicit consent.
– Data from Google Ads will not be shared with any AI/ML models.
– Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI or ML models.

Compliance with the Limited Use policy

User data from Google obtained through the Google Ads API will be used solely under the Limited Use policy, meaning:

– It will not be used to create ads, ad profiling, or any marketing activities beyond those offered as part of our service.
– It will not be reviewed or analyzed by humans unless:
1) The user consents.
2) It is necessary for security reasons (e.g., abuse detection).
3) Required to comply with legal obligations.
4) Required to fulfill the functions of our application.

When connecting a Google Ads account to our system, users will see a clear notice regarding the scope of data collected and its purposes. This notice will include a link to this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy updates

If there are any changes in how Google Ads data is processed or how our application integrates with the Google Ads API, this Privacy Policy will be promptly updated. Users will be notified of any significant changes in advance, and continued use of the integration will require acceptance of the new terms.
