We implemented SalesWizard CRM in the Master Plan and laid out a process for handling requests from marketing sources such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Booking inquiries in the travel industry

Infoski.co.uk offers full tour packages including airfare, transfer from airport to hotel, accommodation, meals, purchase of skipass. Buying one offer, the customer receives a full package of services in the most interesting ski resorts in the Alps and Pyrenees.

Handling the high volume of inquiries required Infoski to implement a tool centralizing all inquiries and the quoting process in one place.

Infoski.pl has decided to implement our SalesWizard CRM system with automation of the request handling process. By using easy-to-use mechanisms, inquiry handlers can respond faster to inquiries and identify any delays in the service process.

Submissions from Facebook Ads marketing campaigns flow into the CRM, where they are immediately acted upon by customer service.

With SalesWizard CRM, we can finally track conversions from ski trip booking inquiries. We have implemented automation of inquiries from Facebook Ads, and have reduced customer service time. We are still working on further automations in the sales process of our offerings.
