Contract generation – how does it work?

SalesWizard CRM system allows you to create contract templates and categorize them according to the system administrator’s preferences.

By creating contract categories, we can group contract variants of the same type (sold service or product), differentiating them with detailed provisions.

Creating a contract template is done using the editor. To create a contract, it is necessary to link it to the appropriate contract category and surveys. We can also mark the user signing the contract (for electronic signature) and add payment and advance payment options.

Shortcodes in the contract generator

To ensure that the generated PDF document of a contract contains unique customer data SalesWizard uses the mechanism of shortcodes, which are then placed in the PDF document and encoded into the correct final values. Shortcodes for the customer’s contact information, e-mail address, phone number, and address data are supported.

It is also possible to use surveys in the generated contract and generate shortcodes from it. The survey can include additional data the administrator collects to create the contract.
